As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, your responsibilities will include:

• Business Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including government entities, international partners, and high-profile individuals.

• Data & Information Management: Organize and maintain highly confidential data and information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

• Event Management: Coordinate high-profile events, executive meetings, and delegations, ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for all attendees.

• Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CEO\’s dynamic and demanding schedule, coordinating complex meetings, local/international conferences, and comprehensive travel arrangements.

• Communications: Oversee emails, calls, and other correspondence. Draft and meticulously edit professional and polished documents, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO in both English and Arabic.

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key strategic projects within the center. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project success and reporting.

• Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, gather relevant technological and market data, and provide insightful reports and summaries to support the CEO\’s critical decision-making process.

• Executive Support: Handle personal tasks and responsibilities for the CEO, including managing personal appointments and logistics with absolute discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

This position requires the following experience to be successful:

• Provided 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, directly reporting to C-level executives (CEO, Chairman, or similar).

• Mandatory Fluency in Arabic: Solid proficiency in formal written and spoken Arabic is essential for drafting official correspondence and communicating with local and regional partners.

• Bilingual Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any other similar executive productivity tools and software.

• Adaptability: Has the capacity to be highly resourceful and flexible in a rapidly changing, high-tech environment.

• Proactivity: Proactive and solutions-oriented with an anticipatory need, consistently taking the initiative to resolve issues before they arise.

• Integrity: Unwavering integrity in maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.

• Organization: High organizational and time management skills and proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
