    – Handling all other problems that are even Remote Computer Related.
    – Antivirus software installation and monitoring updates.
    – Knowledge about taking images using Microsoft Windows.
    – Performing regular maintenance of all system software and hardware as per maintenance schedule, etc. to ensure business continuity and minimize system interruptions.
    – Following up and analyzing the performance of upgraded systems, keeping track of their performance, reliability, risks, and benefits.
    – Configuring and monitoring Microsoft Office Outlook to the client side.
    – Giving demos for users to send and receive emails.
    – Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting Fingerprint Devices (ZKT ECO G3 & Suprema Biolit) using BioStar and Biotime applications.
    – Looking for new developments, preparing reports & submitting to respective authorities.
    – Performing the daily operations of the IT department executive and administration job, closely.
    – Preparing and submitting progress reports to the direct manager about incidents and reports related to the areas that require attention.
    – Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
