Consultant Projects Manger.

Mustashar albenna is buildings contractor, design and consulting company. Since Nov2022 designated as Consulting and management Engineer.
My responsibility in the company is to manage 15 private villas as follows: –

1- Supervision and manage the construction stages of the villas concrete and blocks building works.
2- Supervision and manage the construction stages of the villas interior and exterior Finishing works.
3- Review and modify the villas construction contracts 4- Review and modify the villas building quantities.

Projects Manger.

SCGTC is construction contracting company active in construction of buildings. My responsibility in the company as follows: –
Amina AL-Awadi Mosque project.

Amina AL-Awadi Mosque is 2 floors praying areas with average area of 1000 m2 in addition to appendix service 2 floors building of 200 m2 per floor.
Oct 2018- Dec 2020 designated as Projects Engineer and Projects Coordinator. 1- In charge of Concrete construction of the mosque.
2- In charge of supervising the installation of the mosque services including
electrical, HVAC, water supply and plumbing services.
3- In charge of doing and submitting the construction shop drawings.
4- In charge of the mosque finishing works including blocks works, audio installation, painting works, aluminum and glass installation, furniture installation and exterior cladding installation.

Huda Clinic project.

location: -Al-Salmiya, Kuwait

Huda clinic is a clinical building of 10 floors in addition to 2 basement floors. Jan. 2019 – June 2022 designated as Projects Manger.

1- In charge of Concrete construction.
2- In charge of supervising the installation of the clinic services including electrical, HVAC, water supply and plumbing services.
3- In charge of the clinic exterior and interior finishing works including blocks works, audio installation, painting works, aluminum and glass installation, furniture installation and exterior cladding installation.
4- In charge of doing and submitting the construction and water supply and plumbing shop drawings to PASE consultant.
5- In charge of doing and submitting time schedules and progress report to PASE consultant.

Site Engineer

KAK is a construction contraction company active in construction of building and roads.
My responsibility in the company was as follows: – New Al-Tammer Building project.
location: -Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

New Al-Tammer Building is a KOC offices mega building consist of 4 floors in addition to 3 carpark basements with average area of 18000 m2 per floor.

Feb 2016 – Dec 2017 designated as Site Engineer.

1- In charging of fixing and installation of areas in the main building internal finish works.
(Offices – toilets – kitchens – conference rooms- elevators).

2- In charging of supervision and handing of external works including infrastructural works such as (plumbing services, communication underground lines and fire hydrant network) installation, road works including (asphalt applications, curbstone construction and interlock paving) and the construction of the building security guard house and all its applications.

3- Work permit issuer for entire external & internal civil works & in charge for the safety of these tasks.

4- Submitting inspection notification & delivery the works to the consultants. 5- Preparing quotations & work contracts with subcontractors.

6- Designing & drawing civil plans & submitting to the consultants.

7- Construction and maintenance of the main building main control room and 12 branch control rooms.

8- Responsible for the project internal and external maintenance.
