Daily Tasks –
• Background checks on the potential appraisers and AMCs that want to
affiliate themselves with the company
• Getting the appraiser on boarded as per guidelines
• Removal of appraisers from the company
• Procuring information of appraisers for a particular area which needs appraising
• Handling appraisers requests, updating appraiser information, complying with various guidelines of institutions like ASC, AQM, Wells
Fargo, Chase, CITI, Freddie Mac and FHAReports –
• Daily reports for higher level management with regard to appraisal orders and performance of appraisers and providing solutions in case of improvement
• Providing Branch managers with data to ensure smooth startup of branches
• Monthly reports regarding details of all appraisals done in the company
• Payment of all appraisals on a bi-weekly basis
• Turnaround times in all US states for higher management
