Warehouse Inventory & IT Support

The job role is Monitoring Warehouse operations & Inventory control activities through SAP.
●By daily routine fetching system inventory transactions records and publish to operation team,
to maintain proper inventory. (Inbounds, Outbound & returns)
●Providing system support to system admins to overcome SAP first level error logs.
●(GR Posting issue, Serialization, Reversing of documents, New subsequent creation etc…)
●Handling Physical Inventory count team consist of 5 members on their daily task cycle.
●(Schedule areas for counting, document creation etc…)
●Responsible to verify & rectify the errors of items volume in SAP article master
●(Checking container average wise CBM and sort out incorrect volume line items)
●Reporting Weekly, Monthly reports to top management like KPI, MIS, and warehouse billing report for finance.
●Involved in SAP system enhancement process test cycles & scenarios (WM level)
Supports in IT first level trouble shooting (Printer set up, IP configuration in RF terminals etc…

Supply chain Team Leader

● Interactions with the team to get daily inbound and outbound activities completed on time.
● Provide daily briefing in terms of new updates & changes also highlighting the errors that happened on
the previous day.
● In the SAP system, performing daily scheduled stores outbound, Inbound GRs, Inter store Purchase
order creation & processing.
● Arranging route plans and ensuring sufficient vehicle availability and process replenishment deliveries to stores among several Kuwait locations
● Follow up and rectification of store delivery discrepancies and in-transit damages
● Generating Service level reports and conducting daily inventory counts also update the variance
report to the supervisor & manager
● Performs duties as directed by the supervisor like additional tasks in operations and inventory counts
● Ensures picking accuracy and quality check, also available on the floor for directing and monitoring the
team.
● Maintain and update to HR Team about Staff attendance, vacation plans, and Overtime details on monthly basis.
● Monitors and reviews personnel performance and provides subordinates with training, and guidance as required
● Performs other related duties as assigned.

Inventory Controller

Inventory Controller- This role includes Store Inbound & outbound Operations, Inventory count related controls- Perpetual inventory & the stock take, Damage & Negative stock clearance, Safety & health Environment practices.

● Store Inbound & outbound Operations
        100% verification of Inward & outward activities at store which includes Goods received note (GRN)
Direct store deliveries (DSD), Return to vendor (RTV), Returnable gate Pass (RGP) and the Non-returnable gate pass (NRGP), and control the Goods In Transit across location through Oracle (Business Intelligence) & SIM – Store Inventory Management application software’s.

●Inventory count related controls- Perpetual inventory & the stock take
        Perform perpetual inventory & the stock take as per the schedules and creating SAD (System Adjustment Document) to find out the variance and the shrinkages.

● Damage & the Negative stock clearance
        Periodically the damaged stock should be segregated and sent back to regional distribution centre and the department wise summary report should be generated for negative stocks and cleared on daily basis.

●Safety & health Environment practices
     Ensuring the back office, electrical & server room maintained in hygienic condition and the fire exit passages and/ entry- exit doors clear from obstacles, Also assist in the items and carton boxes are stacked properly in the racks and the back stores are kept neatly and accessible.

Back dock controller / Inventory Controller

This role includes Warehouse management System, Logistics, E-Commerce and
Return Merchandising Authorization.

●  Warehouse management System
       Handling the team consisting 4 members and Inventory, Stock receiving from vendors, put away, Allocate Storage locations for Distribution Centre and E-Commerce, Order Processing, Invoicing, Dispatches, MIS, PID, and maintain over 25000 articles in SAP etc…
●Logistics
        Allocating vehicles, stocks, route planning for direct DC deliveries and coordinating with vendors for
timely customer and store delivery.
●E – Commerce
        Handling E-Commerce Team and Inventory, Order processing in Invoicing and dispatches and maintain sales returned stocks, and B2B & B2C sales etc.
●Return Merchandising Authorization (Reverse Logistics)
       Handling Defective Inventory of store. Coordinating with more than 100 brands for DOA, Sales return and Stock set defectives, Overall control of Defective Inventory Management.
