Owner Project manager and resident engineer for new construction projects as

includes:
1. Approving (schedule, budget, communication plan, quality plan, required human
resources as stated in contract, Etc.).
2. Making sure of implementing all contract documents and monitoring project
progress and performance of sellers compared to schedule and budget and other
approved plans and documents. Also Prevent scope creep.
3. Ensuring the integration between all activities. Solving conflicts, technical and
contracting issues which decelerate the progress.
4. Claims administration. Invoices review and payments preparing. Close project
according to contract requirements. -
