• Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Work as Project Manager for (NBK/HQ – NBK/DC – Landmark – MOI112/Subhan
– MOI/Farwaniya – MOI/ADAN – PAMA – DGCA- Motor works – KCC )
• Working with key stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones for new service.
• Coordination and Manage of all ELV Systems (e.g., Passive & Active Networks, IPTel, IP Clock, Security & Protection, IPTV, CCTV, Access Control …. etc.)
• Preparation of the “MD, Shop Drawing and As-built Drawings” Submittal.
• Attend the weekly Meeting with Contractors and Consultants.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Providing high level project reports to stakeholders, Working Group, Executive
committee and PMO up to board level.
• Manage the project schedule and project costs.
• Manage the Project team, Monitor & Controlling the Project Progress
• Manage the team of Designing, Pricing and Planning of ELV Systems.
• Mange the contractors and suppliers across the project.

ELV Sr. Project Engineer

Positions:
• ELV Sr. Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Project Engineer for (KU “COA, COE” ) Projects .
• Pricing the projects, building the Costing Sheet and proposals
• Manage the cost, Time, and quality.
• Build a solutions and Design for Extra Low Voltage systems
• Attend the weekly Meeting with Contractors and Consultants.
• Preparation of the “MD and Shop Drawing” Submittal.
• Requests materials for construction projects.
• Manage the project schedule and project costs.
• Manage the Project team, Monitor & Controlling The Project Progress
• Manage the team of Designing, Pricing and Planning of ELV Systems

MEP Project Engineer

Positions:
• Field MEP Project Engineer at New Al-Tameer Building / KOC
(Qibla –
Responsibilities
• Coordination with MEP subcontractors.
• Supervision of the MEP subcontractors and assignments delivery.
• Arrange meetings and letters with subcontractors.
• Compile and analyse data from surveys, studies, and inventories.
• Plan, organize, review, and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors.
• Manage the Project team and Monitor & Controlling the Project Progress
• Experience in management of projects and controlling the manpower and time
versus cost to gain the success of the projects.
