    Recruitment:
    Over Seas’ Recruitment Responsibilities:
    • Deal with International Recruitment Agencies (Philippine, India, Nepal, UK and Qatar).
    • Recruit candidates from different countries.
    • Complete recruitment process for foreign candidates (submit their documents for Visa issuing and book Air tickets for them).
    • Following up with Agencies after receiving the original visa until candidates’ arrival to Kuwait.
    Local Recruitment Responsibilities:
    • Prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions and post them on various recruitment channels.
    • Collect & screen CVs to find suitable candidates.
    • Schedule and organize interviews.
    • Prepare job offer letters.
    • Initiate the payroll process.
    • Ensure dept. managers complete probation of employee’s form.
    • Following up visa transfer.
    • Informing the payroll section with allowances need to be given to the employees after passing the probation period.
    Manpower planning:
    • Prepare Manpower plan forms and send them to dept. managers.
    • Following up Manpower plan forms submission by dept. managers.
    • Prepare reports filled with numbers of needed Manpower for existing or new vacancies and number of promotions depending on company policies and grading scale.
    Employee Performance Appraisal (EPA):
    • Prepare EPA forms and send them to dept. managers.
    • Following up EPA forms submission by dept. managers.
    • Prepare EPA report based on dept. managers’ evaluation.

    Air Tickets:
    • Contact with travel agency to get latest air ticket prices for various destinations for the managers.
    • Get management approval for air tickets encashment.
    • Contact with managers to get their families information.
    • Prepare report with all eligible managers and their families – as per company policies-, ticket cost and total amount to be paid for them.
    • Prepare memos with air ticket encashment and send them to finance dept. for payment.
    Company Vehicles:
    • Receive vehicle request from manager or employee.
    • Check their eligibility based on company policy.
    • Coordinate with the vehicle issuing dept. to enquire new vehicle.
    • Receive vehicle handover from manager or employee in case of resigning or changing the vehicle.
    • Following up with Used Cars dept. Manager for the vehicle handover process.
    Other:
    • Assist in filling system.
    • Prepare memos.
    • Prepare retirement list with all employees who will be 65 years old to get approval by dept. managers and directors whether to extend their contracts or not.
    • Issuing termination or resignation acceptance Letters.
    • Prepare list of Employee Age 60 Year Old with University Degree / no University Degree as Kuwaiti Govt. Regulations 2021 for renewal the residency.
    • Update staff work permit data in Mena-itech.

    HR Coordinator

    • Maintain Records of personnel-related of payroll, vacations & final settlement.
    • Prepare all the company salaries and coordinate with financial management and transfer it to staff account on the time every month.
