* Bookkeeping, record all financial transaction and journal entry in accounting program system to get the financial reports correctly.
* Prepare and submit the invoices for the customers and follow up on customer accounts.
* Prepare the payment certificate for the subcontractors.
* Follow up on supplier accounts.
*Preparing Bank reconciliations, monthly financial.
* Preparing monthly salaries for employees and labours.
* Transferring salaries through banking online ( CBK & NBK ).
* Transferring the payments to suppliers & subcontractor if requested through banking online.
* Writing and preparing the cheques and entering them into the banking online for approval. * Preparation of cash flow for the company.* Calculating the cost of each projects separately.
* Preparing the provisions end-of-service benefits for employees & annual leave
according to the labor law of Kuwait.
* Calculate the depreciation for the fixed assets for the company ( machines, cars,..etc ).
* Preparing the final accounts, profit and loss accounts, and the balance sheet, and follow-up with the auditing offices.
