Effluent Treatment Engineer
Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Company is juice, milk and many other food product manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
: Effluent Treatment Engineer (Shift In-charge) : From 23th October 2016 till date
Operation of ETP with SCADA system (capacity 2000M3/Day).
Improving the productivity, quality, ensuring environment & sustainability, &
world-class manufacturing process and practices.
To control water outlet parameters within norms as specified by the Ministry
of Kuwait.
Daily inspection and troubleshooting of operational difficulties.
Inspecting lab analysis reports for performance study.
Daily reporting to Manager-ETP & co-ordinate with other departments for
everyday activity.
Inventory & consumables management, stock accountability, preparing a
yearly budget for ETP consumables and KPI.
Monitoring milk evaporation plant to remove waste dairy product generated
by production & safe disposal as per the Ministry of Kuwait guidelines.
Maintaining 5S system in & around the plant & review weekly 5S audits.
Preparing & updating operational and testing SOP’s.
Document Controller, Updating in system.
Calibration of online and laboratory instruments, maintaining monthly/yearly
records of the same.
Monitoring 3rd party activities.
Monitoring Lab analysis report of FOG & TBC/E-coli bacteria testing.
Handling audit activities, and resolving all NC’s.
