Required CEO Assistant/office manager
The CEO Assistant provides support to the CEO and performs a variety of administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office. You will be well-organized, have good time management skills.
• Manage, prioritize, screen and monitor CEO’s correspondences in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and appointments and manage schedules effectively.
• Act as liaison in coordinating work between the CEO and department heads as required.
• Create and present reports, presentations and briefs as required.
• Devise and maintain office filing system and ensure relevant records are up to date.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• High level of Microsoft
• Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Organized and thorough with assignments.
• Dynamic, Proactive, Discretion and Confidentiality
