Job Description

REQUIRED CONTACT CENTER AGENT

Summery:

To improving the customer experience, speed up responses and
reduce sbandons, boost customer satisfaction, improve forecast
accuracy, get deeper customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
1-Receive & handle customer orders through phone calls.
2- Enter the customer information to the system.
3- Perform the payment online task.
4- Receive, handle, track & close the customer inquiries.
s- Receive the customer complaints & feedback through the various
communication channels, handle it and escalate it to the Customer
Centric Agent for further closure.
Social media applications handling:
a.lnstagram handling (retailing, customer complaints, customer
inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders through direct
messages).
b.WhatsApp handling (retailing, customer complaints, customer
inquiries, medical consultancy, receiving orders through direct
messages, update the daily status with the daily offers).
c.Website, Taw9eel, Talabat handling orders.
7- Insurance handling (receive the claims, proceed with approvals,
forward it to the pharmacists).
8- Perform the job of medical consultancy and reply to all
the customer inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience:
1-Minimum qualifications and experience:
Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy or any equal qualification.
2- Years of experience: fresh graduate is preferred.
3- Language: arabic, english.
