Job Description

Required EMR Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role ensures efficient system usage, provides technical support, and collaborates with healthcare and IT teams to enhance clinical workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement, configure, and maintain the EMR system.
Provide training and support to medical and administrative staff.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Analyze workflows and optimize EMR functionality to improve efficiency.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and integration with other healthcare applications.

REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT or a related field.
Experience in EMR system management and support. 2-5 years of experience.
Language: English & Arabic, English is Mandatory
