Job Description
Required Fleet Maintenance Coordinator
– Must have a high school diploma or technical institute in a related field or equivalent experience.
– Must have 5-10 years’ experience in automotive field.
– Must have strong computer skills, proficiency in MS office and fleet management software.
– Must be Familiar with regulations related to vehicle maintenance and safety.
– Must Maintain a fleet inventory of all vehicles owned by the company, including their make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs that need to be made.
– Must be able to coordinate and follow up with third party vendors to arrange maintenance and repair services for vehicles.
– Must Coordinate with vendors or customers regarding service appointments for each vehicle to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
– Must perform periodic vehicle inspections to ensure that they are in good working order.
