Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
  • Professional certificates from HRCI, CIPD, SHRM, or others is an added advantage
  • 6-8  years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent facilitation skills and confidence presenting in front of a bigger audience
  • Expertise in designing PowerPoint presentations
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong strategic and process orientation.
  • High level of metrics and analytics capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team.
