Job Description

Required IT Support

. Good Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012
end-users first level of troubleshooting
• Configuring new desktops / Laptops,
routers, modems, and similar devices.
.Monitor and maintain computer systems
and networks. Responding to Printer
Issues / Toner changing and maintaining
stocks without interrupting Users.
• Users PC windows update/ application
update, Hard drive replacement for the User
PC.
• Manage and support LAN and WAN
Network devices.
• Installing new Network Points for the users
whenever if required. (Cabling and crimping
network Points).
Maintaining IT Assets lists & documentatic
