– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, email, or chat.
– Coordinate and monitor operations of the supply chain
– Track shipments, costs, and timelines according to requirements
– Build and maintain relationships with clients as well as with suppliers.
– Handling import and export department pricing desk furnishing all import and export queries.
– Arranging prices and sending quotation to clients.
– Managing activities of shipments tracking and timely updating customers.
– Helps to pack and dispatch the shipment same day.
– All the applicant must have valid
– Transferable 18 visa in Kuwait .
