Required Medical Representative
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To sell and promote company’s products to pharmacists, doctors, and other relevant health care.
• To Increase the knowledge of our company’s products in the market.
• To maximize sales growth. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluating customers’ needs and presenting suitable promoted products.
• Organizing daily work agenda to call on existing or/and potential clients and other trade factors.
• Collaborating with and persuading targeted doctors or different clients to prescribe our products.
• Deep knowledge of multinational brand products.
• Providing product information and delivering product samples.
• Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with customers
• Keeping precise records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Keeping management acquainted by submitting reports and activity.
• Monitoring and analyzing market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
• Pursuing continuous learning and development and staying up to date with the latest medical or/and pharmaceutical data
• Being a potential problem solver with clients and developing solutions that would satisfy both ends.
• Maintaining knowledge awareness about the product offerings, benefits and services provided by competitors.
• Attending and/or conducting seminars, training and workshops as required by Sister Company.
• Maintaining an interpersonal relationship with colleagues and management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or any related field.
• Proven experience in dealing with brand-name products.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and car.
• Persuasive and resilient.
• Strong sales skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
