PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and maintaining business relationships with salon owners, managers, and decision-makers.

You will be the key point of contact between our company and salon businesses, promoting and selling our products.

This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and target potential salon clients through market research.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new salons.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers within the salon industry.

• Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of the products or services offered to salon businesses.

• Showcase product demonstrations and provide in-depth information to highlight the benefits of our offerings.

• Close deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with salon clients.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Attend and/or conduct seminars, training, and workshops as per the company requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales experience.

• Bilingual

• A driving license & car is a must.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
