Job Description

Required Growth and Business Development – Sr. Officer

Russell Bedford Kuwait is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development team member to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective marketing and sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies.

To be good at this position you will need:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Creativity in marketing idea.
– Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
– The ability to write presentations and proposals
– Candidate must be resident in Kuwait and has a valid driving license
