Sidra Kuwait Hospital is Hiring
Required Pharmacy Manager
– Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a collaborative and
productive work environment.
Manage inventory, medication distribution, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
•Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Pharmacy, with at least 5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
•Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health laws regarding
medications.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
* Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with other health care
professionals.
