Job Description

Required Senior Design Architect
Location: Kuwait
Company: Bonyan Group – Design & Build Specialists in Luxury Residential Projects
Bonyan Group is seeking a highly qualified Senior Design Architect to join our team of professionals delivering distinguished luxury residential developments in Kuwait. This is a leadership role suited for a design-driven architect with proven excellence in both concept and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the in-house design studio
•Oversee and guide all stages of design: from concept to design development to site implementation
•Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and high-profile clients
•Ensure design integrity, innovation, and alignment with the company’s luxury brand standards
•Supervise the translation of design concepts into high-quality built work
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable and accredited university
•Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-end residential projects
•Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation
•Excellent experience in site execution and detailing
•Proficient in design development, technical documentation, and coordination
•Proven leadership and project management capabilities
•Track record of dealing with discerning, high-net-worth clients
•Preferably a recipient of awards or recognition in architectural design competitions
•Strong communication and presentation skills
