Job Description

Required Senior Design Architect
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable and accredited university
* Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-end residential projects
* Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation
* Excellent experience in site execution and detailing
* Proficient in design development, technical documentation, and coordination
* Proven leadership and project management capabilities
* Track record of dealing with discerning, high-net-worth clients
* Preferably a recipient of awards or recognition in architectural design competitions
Strong communication and presentation skills
