Job Description
We are urgently hiring locally inside Kuwait with a Transferable visa (18):
Required Soft Service Supervisor
– Supervise the execution of landscaping, valet parking, pest control, waste management and cleaning services by contractors or company’s personnel.
– Monitor the quality of services rendered by the in-house and out-sourced work to ensure no repetitions.
– Record and report work activities.
– Monitor the cleanliness of the mall and its premises.
– Monitor the work of valet parking.
– Prepare and issue the required work permits.
– Report safety concerns appropriately.
– Prepare and send quotations for soft service tools.
– Monitor contractor performance, appearance, work tools and standards
– Monitor and report supplies refill required.
