Job Description

Required Business Development Executive

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in services (HR, consulting, training, software, or B2B solutions).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with decision-makers.
Good understanding of how businesses work (especially SMEs and growing companies).
Confidence to talk about value, not just price.
Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Familiarity with LinkedIn as a sales/prospecting tool.
Valid residency in Kuwait and ability to meet clients in person.
