Female Indoor/Outdoor Sales & Customer Service Representative for Beauty Company

A leading beauty company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle sales, customer support, and collections, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily sales operations and achieve monthly targets.
• Respond to customers via phone and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
• Conduct outdoor visits to clients, stores, and partners when needed.
• Follow up on customer orders from inquiry to delivery.
• Handle payment collections and ensure proper closing of payments.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, including VIP clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Enter and update data in company systems (CRM – POS – Shopify).
• Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions; experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
• Use AI tools (LLM-based, such as ChatGPT) to improve communication, write responses, organize work, and enhance customer service.
• Understand beauty products and recommend suitable options to customers.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in beauty or retail).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong experience using CRM systems – Zoho CRM is a plus.
• Ability to use AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license and personal car are preferred due to outdoor work requirements.

⏰ Working Hours:
• Sunday to Thursday
• Indoor + outdoor duties
• Location: Hawally

شركة تجميل في حولي تبحث عن موظف/موظفة مبيعات محترف/ـة للعمل على المبيعات، خدمة العملاء، والتحصيل، مع قابلية للعمل داخليًا وخارجيًا حسب احتياجات الشركة.

🎯 المهام والمسؤوليات

 • إدارة عمليات البيع اليومية وتحقيق التارجت الشهري.

 • الرد على العملاء عبر الهاتف والواتساب باحترافية.

 • إجراء زيارات خارجية للعملاء والمتاجر.

 • متابعة الطلبات من الاستفسار إلى التسليم.

 • إدارة عمليات التحصيل (Collection) بشكل دقيق.

 • بناء علاقات طويلة مع العملاء والتعامل مع VIP.

 • تنسيق الطلبات مع المخزن والسواقين.

 • إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية عن المبيعات.

 • إدخال البيانات في أنظمة الشركة (CRM – POS – Shopify).

 • استخدام CRM لمتابعة العملاء — ويفضّل خبرة في Zoho CRM.

 • استخدام برامج الذكاء الصناعي LLM (مثل ChatGPT) في كتابة الرسائل، تحسين التواصل، تنظيم البيانات، وتحسين خدمة العملاء.

 • فهم المنتجات وتقديم توصيات مناسبة للعميل.

🧠 المتطلبات

 • شهادة جامعية (Bachelor’s Degree) شرط أساسي.

 • خبرة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء (ويُفضّل بمجال التجميل).

 • مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة ممتازة على الإقناع.

 • إجادة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.

 • قدرة على استخدام أنظمة CRM — ويفضّل Zoho CRM.

 • إجادة استخدام أدوات الذكاء الصناعي LLM لإنجاز المهام وتنظيم العمل.

 • شخصية منظمة وتتحمل ضغط العمل.

 • يفضّل وجود رخصة قيادة وسيارة بسبب الدوام الخارجي.
