Job Description
Required Outdoor Sales Executive
Code no (SOE25D)
Drive sales growth and expand design service opportunities by visiting projects, potential clients, and contractors, promoting both products and design services.
Key Tasks:
1. Visit ongoing construction projects, contractors, and design offices to identify opportunities for products and design services.
2. Present products and design solutions on-site with samples and catalogs.
3. Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for products (excluding aluminum façade pricing) and associated design services.
4. Negotiate prices and discounts in coordination with management.
5. Maintain and develop relationships with clients involved in ongoing projects.
6. Collect client orders and design requests, communicating them to the showroom or management for execution.
7. Submit weekly reports on client visits, project opportunities, and sales and design progress.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a strong network of clients, including contractors and designers, promoting both products and design services.
2. Serve as the main contact for ongoing projects, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up for products and design solutions.
3. Monitor progress of key deals and project opportunities, addressing issues when necessary.
4. Represent the company professionally, maintaining credibility and a strong brand image.
5. Track and report on project visits, product pricing, and design service opportunities to management
External Sales Engineer Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in aluminum, hardware, or doors.
• Must have a valid driving license; owning a car is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
