Job Description
REQUIRED OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring seamless team collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for operational consistency.
– Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements.
– Lead, coach, and inspire team members to reach their potential.
– Identify and implement process efficiencies.
– Maintain a calm and calculated approach to decision-making.
– Work with senior leadership to align operational strategies with company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS

– Philippine Nationality Preferred
– Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
– Strong background in creating and managing SOPs and KPIs.
– Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
