يعلن مصنع سوليد للألمنيوم، الرائد في مجال تصنيع وتركيب أنظمة الألمنيوم في الكويت، عن حاجته إلى مدير مصنع ألمنيوم ذو خبرة عالية لإدارة عمليات الإنتاج في المصنع.

يختص المصنع باستخدام أنظمة ألمنيوم عالمية متميزة، تشمل:

المسؤول سيكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة عمليات الإنتاج، وضمان معايير الجودة والسلامة، وتحقيق الكفاءة، بالإضافة إلى إدارة أداء الفريق. كما سيقوم برفع التقارير للإدارة العليا والمشاركة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وضبط التكاليف وتحقيق متطلبات العملاء

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

 الإشراف على دورة الإنتاج الكاملة لمنتجات الألمنيوم (النوافذ، الأبواب، الواجهات، أنظمة الانزلاق والطي) باستخدام أنظمة Reynaers، Vista Wall، Aluman

 تخطيط وتنظيم ومتابعة عمليات المصنع لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والجودة العالية والكفاءة التشغيلية

 التأكد من أن عمليات التصنيع تتوافق مع المواصفات الفنية، ومتطلبات العملاء، والقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها

 إدارة جداول الإنتاج وتحديد أولويات أوامر العمل بما يحقق الاستفادة المثلى من الموارد

 مراقبة الجودة: فحص المنتجات النهائية وضمان مطابقتها للمعايير العالمية (الهيكلية، العزل الحراري والصوتي، السلامة) واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة

 الإشراف على صيانة ومعايرة واستخدام المعدات والآلات بشكل فعّال

 متابعة المخزون من المواد الخام (قطاعات الألمنيوم، الزجاج، الإكسسوارات، الأدوات) والتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات للحفاظ على سلاسل الإمداد

 تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بما يتوافق مع القوانين الكويتية وأفضل الممارسات العالمية

 قيادة وتطوير فريق العمل بالمصنع: التوظيف، التدريب، تقييم الأداء، وإدارة الجداول التشغيلية

 تحسين الأنظمة والعمليات التشغيلية لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الهدر وخفض التكاليف

 متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (معدل الإنتاجية، نسب الفاقد، نسب الجودة) وإعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا

 التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى (الهندسة، التصميم، المبيعات، التسويق، اللوجستيات) لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة من استلام الطلب حتى التسليم

 متابعة أحدث تقنيات وأنظمة الألمنيوم (Reynaers، Vista Wall، Aluman) وتطوير المنتجات والعمليات بما يتماشى مع تطورات السوق

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

المؤهلات العلمية والخبرة العملية

 شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو الهندسة الصناعية، أو هندسة المواد، أو ما يعادلها

 خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7–10 سنوات في مجال تصنيع الألمنيوم، منها 3–5 سنوات في منصب إداري أو إشرافي

 خبرة مباشرة في التعامل مع أنظمة الألمنيوم العالمية (Reynaers، Vista Wall، Aluman أو ما يماثلها)

المهارات الفنية

 معرفة قوية بقطاعات الألمنيوم، الزجاج، الإكسسوارات، العزل الحراري والصوتي، وأنظمة الإحكام والعزل

 إتقان في تخطيط الإنتاج، تحسين سير العمل، ومعرف مبادئ التصنيع (Lean Manufacturing)

 إلمام بالقوانين واللوائح الكويتية المتعلقة بقطاع البناء والسلامة والبيئة

متطلبات اللغة

 اللغة الإنجليزية: مطلوبة (بطلاقة تحدثاً وكتابة)

 اللغة العربية: ميزة إضافية وليست شرطاً أساسياً

Job Overview

SOLID Factory for Aluminium, a leading aluminium fabrication and manufacturing company in Kuwait, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Aluminum Factory Manager to oversee its production operations.

The Factory specializes in premium aluminium systems, including:

The ideal candidate will lead the production process, ensure quality and safety standards, optimize efficiency, and manage team performance. The Manager will report directly to senior management and play a key role in strategic planning, cost control, and meeting client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production cycle of aluminium products (windows, doors, façades, sliding/folding systems, etc.) using Reynaers, Vista Wall, and Aluman systems.

• Plan, organize, and supervise factory operations to ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure manufacturing processes align with design specifications, client requirements, and applicable building codes/regulations.

• Manage and maintain production scheduling; prioritize work orders to meet deadlines while optimizing capacity and resources.

• Monitor quality control: inspect finished products, ensure compliance with international standards (structural, thermal, acoustic, safety), and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure effective maintenance, calibration, and proper utilization of machinery, tools, and equipment.

• Oversee inventory of raw materials (aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories) and consumables; coordinate procurement and maintain supplier relations.

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in compliance with Kuwait’s regulations and best practices.

• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff: hiring, training, performance evaluation, schedule management, and capacity building.

• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize cost.

• Monitor production metrics (capacity utilization, throughput, scrap rates, yield), prepare regular reports, and present them to senior management.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, sales/marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow from order intake to delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with aluminium system technologies (Reynaers, Vista Wall, Aluman) and industry trends to continuously improve product offerings and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, Manufacturing, or equivalent.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication/manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Hands-on experience with international aluminium systems (Reynaers, Vista Wall, Aluman, or similar).

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glazing, hardware, weatherproofing, sealing, and thermal/acoustic insulation.

• Proficiency in production planning, workflow optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

• Good understanding of Kuwait’s building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.

Language Requirements

• English: Required (fluent, both written and spoken).

• Arabic: Advantageous but not mandatory.

Leadership & Management Skills

• Strong leadership and team management; ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

• Effective communication across multicultural teams and with international suppliers/partners.
