Required Sales Manager

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3-4 years of prior experience in Sales within a luxury resort environment, preferably with experience in the Maldives or Indian Ocean region.
Familiarity and understanding of PMS/CRS systems used in luxury hospitality.
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making; able to analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and prepare performance reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, and stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.
