Required Civil Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management in the construction sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
In-depth knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards in Kuwait.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar).
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Presentable and able to represent the company professionally in front of clients and government entities.
