Required Construction Manager

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil preferred).
Minimum 20 years total experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 10 years experience in civil construction, including villas, housing apartments, office spaces, and commercial buildings.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar designation/speciality.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Kuwait.
Strong communication skills with all levels including management, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to learn and apply relevant local and national codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
Must possess a valid Kuwait Driving License.
Locally transferable Visa 18 is required.
