Required Pastry Chef (Desserts & Canapé Specialist)

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef specialized in Desserts and Canapé to join our team.
📍 Location: Kuwait (Applicants must be currently inside Kuwait)
🪪 Residency: Transferable residency is required

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
– Prepare and present a wide variety of desserts and Canapé with high quality and consistency.
– Develop new dessert recipes and improve existing menu items.
– Ensure proper preparation, baking, and decoration techniques.
– Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
– Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with purchasing when needed.
– Ensure attractive presentation and consistency in taste and portion control.
– Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience:
– Proven experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in desserts and kanafeh.
– Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
– Experience working in restaurants, bakeries, or catering kitchens.
– Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation.
– Good teamwork and communication skills.
– Good command of English language (Arabic is a plus).
