Required Salon Manager / Supervisor

to manage a Home Service Beauty Salon in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize home service booking schedules.
– Supervise and follow up with the staff to ensure high service quality.
– Coordinate with clients and confirm appointments.
– Ensure smooth daily operations of the salon services.
– Monitor staff performance and maintain professional service standards.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
– Track and manage salon products and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Previous experience in managing a beauty salon or home service salon.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Good organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
– Basic knowledge of using phone applications and messaging for booking management.

 إعداد التقارير اليومية ومتابعة سير العمل

المهارات المطلوبة

 خبرة سابقة في إدارة صالونات التجميل أو خدمات الهوم سيرفس

 مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة الفريق

 مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء

 القدرة على تنظيم الوقت وإدارة الحجوزات بكفاءة

 إجادة استخدام الهاتف ووسائل التواصل لتنظيم الطلبات

 اللباقة وحسن التعامل وتحمل ضغط العمل
