administration and regulatory compliance in Kuwait, I have developed a strong ability to manage

In my current role as Government Relations Supervisor at Metro Medical Group, I oversee all
Ministry of Health licensing and pharmacy related transactions, in addition to handling MOCI
processes such as license issuance, renewals, and amendments. I also manage multiple
government systems including MOI, PIFSS, Manpower, Municipality, Fire Force, Environment,
QuadraBay, and KMA. My role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability
to ensure timely completion of critical regulatory tasks.
Previously, as HR In Charge at Jarallah German Specialized Clinic, I managed the full HR cycle
including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. I
ensured compliance with Kuwait labor laws and maintained accurate employee records, while
also handling government-related HR processes.
