    Duties & Responsibilities of HR Assistant:
    • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and company platforms
    • Screen resumes and sholtrist candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate with
    candidates, Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
    • Support onboarding process (documentation, orientation, induction), Maintain and
    update employee files (physical & digital), Ensure all employee records are accurate and
    confidential, Track attendance, leave records, and employee data, Update HR databases
    and systems regularly
    • Prepare HR documents (letters, certificates, memos, etc.), Manage employee ID cards,
    access cards, and documentation, Support day-to-day HR office operations, Handle
    correspondence and HR-related communication
    Duties & Responsibilities of Project Coordinator:
    • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project proposals, RFQs, and Ministry tenders for
    key clients, covering a wide range of power solutions including UPS systems, Ni-Cd
    batteries, lead-acid batteries, battery chargers, load banks, and Solar Systems.
    • Assign and monitor tasks within the Power Solutions Department (PSD), ensuring
    efficient execution and alignment with project goals and deadlines.
    • Act as a liaison between PSD team members and project management, ensuring
    effective communication, timely progress updates, and adherence to project schedules
    and budget requirements.
    • Monitor engineers’ daily project activities and progress, ensuring tasks are completed as
    planned and addressing any delays or issues.
    • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including reports, invoices,
    contracts, and other financial records for easy access and audit readiness.
