المسؤوليات

– إعداد التصاميم الإنشائية والرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات الفنية.

– إجراء التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي والتحقق من سلامة التصاميم وفق الأكواد المعتمدة.

– مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم الإنشائية المعدة من قبل أعضاء الفريق.

– التنسيق مع أقسام الهندسة المعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية لضمان تكامل الأعمال.

– حضور الاجتماعات الفنية والتنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين أثناء مراحل التنفيذ.

– إعداد جداول الكميات الإنشائية (BOQ).

– الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية بالموقع والتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.

– تنفيذ الزيارات الميدانية ومتابعة تقدم الأعمال وإعداد التقارير الفنية.

– تنظيم وإدارة ملفات المشاريع باستخدام Microsoft OneDrive وMicrosoft Teams.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

– بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (تخصص هندسة إنشائية).

– خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصميم الإنشائي والإشراف على التنفيذ.

– عضوية جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (إن وجدت أو حسب متطلبات الاعتماد).

– إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم الإنشائي مثل ETABS وSAFE وSAP2000 أو ما يعادلها.

– إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.

– مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات.

– خبرة في الإشراف على المواقع والتنسيق مع فرق العمل متعددة التخصصات.

Required Structural Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Kuwait City. The Structural Engineer will perform:

Design and prepare structural drawings, details, and technical specifications.

Structural calculations, analysis, and design verification.

Review and approve structural designs prepared by other engineers.

Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

Attend meetings and coordinate with contractors during the structural construction stage.

Prepare Structural Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Supervise project execution on site and ensure all works are implemented according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design requirements.

Manage, organize, and upload project files using OneDrive, MS Teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural design and site supervision.

Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (if applicable).

Proficiency in structural design software and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in construction supervision, site inspections, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
