🔹 Requirements:

– 👨‍🍳 3–5 years of catering experience in Kuwait.
– 🎓 Hotel Management Certificate.
– 🔄 Ready to transfer residency immediately
– Strong experience in large-scale food preparation, buffets, and events.
– Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and organize menus for catering services and events.
– Oversee large-scale food preparation and production.
– Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
– Organize kitchen operations and assign tasks to kitchen staff.
– Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
– Monitor food stock, ingredients, and minimize wastage.
– Prepare catering orders and buffet setups on schedule.
– Coordinate with the catering team to ensure smooth operations.
