Job Description
We are currently Required Nutritionist to join our team, a leading F&B organization in Kuwait. This position is opento local candidates only.
Responsibilities:
Formulating / reformulating new recipes based onthe nutritional requirements to make them healthier.
Analyze recipes, with the help of Nutritionist Pro software to make sure they are healthy and meet guidelines.
Responsible to supervise the preparation of meals to make sure that they are following standard recipes.
Assure the quality of the ingredients to make sure the final product is safe & healthy.
Formulating nutrition labels for the customer knowledge.
Review and implement customer feedback on food.
Document customer feedback & progress.
Assess clients’ nutritional and health needs.
Develop and implement an annual nutrition
education plan.
Requirements:
Minimum 3/5 years of experience as a professional nutritionist.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A critical thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent counselling skills.
