7. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
8. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
*Managing Social Media Accounts: *
1. Maintain a monthly post schedule, where post dates and captions are provided.
2. Adhere to a story posting schedule, where post dates and captions are provided.
3. Respond promptly to direct messages, addressing frequently asked questions (FAQs).
4. Regularly analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach) and suggest strategies as needed to improve results.
5. Monitor comments and user-generated content, ensuring a positive and respectful online community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.
*Handling Reservations and WhatsApp Inquiries: *
1. Maintain communication with the branch to track availability and update any changes.
2. Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries and questions from WhatsApp users.
3. Identify and document recurring issues, reporting them for resolution.
4. Keep a record of customer feedback and suggestions to inform continuous improvement efforts.
