Job Description
Required Quality & Food Safety Inspector
Required Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Inspect Restaurants as per hygienic checklist.
2. Inspect the hygienic condition of warehouse.
3. Check the food preparation process as per specifications
4. Check the product as per Specification.
5. Check the Sanitary requirements.
Check the personal hygiene
7. Maintain pest control program
8. Handling all customer complaints
9. Inspect company accommodations.
10. Maintain ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015
11. Train staff against different quality & food safetystandards
12. Check the trucks/vehicles for cleaning condition,
temperature status and others.
13. Performs all other duties that may be assigned to
the position.
Education & Competencies
1. Minimum of Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Food
science, food safety, biology, chemistry.
2.Public health, or another closely related science.
3. In-depth understanding of ISO 22000:2018 concepts
and practices.
4. General knowledge of quality & food safety management principles, including quantitative as well as qualitative analysis
5. Requires an in-depth knowledge of audit and inspection procedures.
6. Requires knowledge of training assessment methods,
curriculum design, selection, and delivery.
7. Ability to communicate with people of different
cultures and backgrounds.
8. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Strong analytical skills.
