Job Description
Required Operation Manager (Local Or Overseas Kuwait, Jordan ,India or Philippine)
Key Responsibilities:
● Experience in Furniture Manufacturing Industry
● Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that manufacturing runs efficiently and meets quality and safety standards.
● SupplyChain &Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely procurement of materials, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain smooth production flow.
● TeamLeadership: Supervise and lead production, logistics, and quality control teams. Ensure proper training and performance management of staff.
● Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards across all manufacturing processes, implementing quality control procedures and addressing defects or issues swiftly.
● Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvements, streamline production processes, and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce waste.
● BudgetManagement: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective production without compromising on quality.
● Health &Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
● Logistics & Distribution: Oversee warehousing and coordinate timely deliveries of finished products to customers or retailers.
● Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on production output, efficiency, costs, and operational performance for senior management.
● ProblemSolving: Quickly address any production, logistics, or operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Job Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant advanced degree is a plus.
● Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of managing large teams in a manufacturing environment.
● Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, equipment, and best practices in manufacturing.
● Process Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies for process optimization.
● Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis as it relates to operational efficiency.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
● Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, production management software, and inventory control systems.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels and present operational reports to senior management.
