Required Senior Design Architect

Location: Kuwait

Company: Bonyan Group – Design & Build Specialists in Luxury Residential Projects

 

Bonyan Group is seeking a highly qualified Senior Design Architect to join our team of professionals delivering distinguished luxury residential developments in Kuwait. This is a leadership role suited for a design-driven architect with proven excellence in both concept and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the in-house design studio

• Oversee and guide all stages of design: from concept to design development to site implementation

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and high-profile clients

• Ensure design integrity, innovation, and alignment with the company’s luxury brand standards

• Supervise the translation of design concepts into high-quality built work

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable and accredited university

• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-end residential projects

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation

• Excellent experience in site execution and detailing

• Proficient in design development, technical documentation, and coordination

• Proven leadership and project management capabilities

• Track record of dealing with discerning, high-net-worth clients

• Preferably a recipient of awards or recognition in architectural design competitions

• Strong communication and presentation skills
