Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commi Chef to join our exceptional team at [Braai restaurant]. Your role will be crucial in preparing and delivering delicious and enticing dishes according to our quality and flavor standards.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare ingredients, sauces, and seasonings following approved recipes.

* Assist in cooking and plating on various stations in the kitchen.

* Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

* Assist in organizing inventory and preparing ingredient orders.

* Work under the supervision of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Job Requirements:

* Limited experience in the culinary field, preferably in a similar role.

* Basic cooking skills and the ability to follow Chef’s instructions.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

* Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

* Ability to execute Chef’s instructions with precision.
