Job Description

Required General Manager

experienced in F&B sector ( manufacturing ) not restaurants ,
Minimum experiences 15 years.

Responsibilities: –

-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
-Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
-Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns that align with business goals.
-Manage the business budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
-Proven experience in operations management within the events industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
-Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support throughout the event planning process.
-Manage budgets and financial plans for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
