The Position, the role and Job description
The Head of Marketing at Al Mulla Exchange plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the financial success of the company. Innovation, effective collaboration with other departments, a data-driven approach, and a results based approach are key elements in
achievíng and exceeding revenue targets.
Required Revenue Strategy Development
Develop Marketing Strategies to generate aggressive Growth in Revenue
Goals: Develop marketing strategies that are closely aligned with the company’s overall revenue goals and business objectives.
Revenue Forecasting: Use data and market insights to forecast potential revenue streams and set realistic targets.
Education & Experience Requirements:
-Masters in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Established track record of leading the Marketing team in a Market Leader in any business with a minimum of 500 employees.
-Strong understanding of operations and regulations of a inancial Services institution
would be a big advantage.
-Adaptable and open to change, with a results-oriented mindset.
-Kuwaiti Nationals would be preferred.

Remuneration:At par with the industry
