Key Responsibilities
•Develop comprehensive Furniture, Fixtures &
Equipment (FF&E) specifications and
schedules for residential and commercial
projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior
Design, or related field
• Proven experience using AutoCAD, Adobe
Photoshop, and InDesign
•Strong background in material selection for
FF&E (fabrics, finishes, fixtures, etc.)
•Excellent understanding of FF&E procurement
and specification processes
• Solid technical drawing and detailing skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines
•Excellent communication and collaboration
skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
mindset
