Job Description

Required Architectural Engineer FF&E

For Ekelenza Co. in Egypt

(CODE NO. AEE38)

 

Key Responsibilities

•Develop comprehensive Furniture, Fixtures &

Equipment (FF&E) specifications and

schedules for residential and commercial

projects

• Produce detailed AutoCAD layouts, elevations,

and technical drawings

• Create material boards and renderings in

Photoshop & InDesign to communicate

design intent

Research, evaluate, and select FF&E

materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories

.Collaborate with architects, interior designers,

procurement, and contractors to ensure

seamless project delivery

•Manage vendor relationships, quotations,

samples, and lead times.

•Conduct site visits and inspections to verify

installations meet design specifications

•Maintain accurate documentation and update

BIM/FF&E libraries

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior

Design, or related field

• Proven experience using AutoCAD, Adobe

Photoshop, and InDesign

•Strong background in material selection for

FF&E (fabrics, finishes, fixtures, etc.)

•Excellent understanding of FF&E procurement

and specification processes

• Solid technical drawing and detailing skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to

manage multiple projects and deadlines

•Excellent communication and collaboration

skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven

mindset
