Job Description
Required Call Center & Customer Services Representatives
– Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls.
– Communicate clearly with and effectively with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and such.
– Provide high-quality customer service on every call.
– Calling for undelivered shipments and obtaining new addresses.
– Monitoring reverse pick up & arranging reverse by coordinating with OPS.
– Preparing reports and sending them to customers.
– Presiding returned shipments and following up with operations.
– Candidate should be bilingual (Arabic & English)
– Local hiring only, with a transferable visa.
