Job Description

Required Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer
At least two years of previous experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a tourism or service company.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Practice and a professional appearance.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.
Attractive salary + commissions (based on performance).
Flexible working hours and remote work are available.
